LaplacianDyMFoam

An extended energy solver including mesh motion capabilities

For one of Tobias tutorial, one needs an extended solver. The solver can be found on GitHub and is actually the »laplacianFoam« solver that includes dynamic mesh handling. Hence, there is nothing left to say. The corresponding tutorial is named »ACMIHeatTransfer«.
